Whisky.com Live Tasting
In our Japan Live Tasting on October 31, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. we will introduce you to whiskys that have found their way to us from the land of the rising sun. These include the Nikka Yoichi, which matured in three types of casks with its smoky basic character, and the Nikka Miyagikyo, which received its unique taste from a final finish in sherry casks.
The distillery still sticks to the old burning methods and fires its stills with charcoal, so it will be an exciting live tasting - that much can be revealed!

What are Live Tastings?
Ben and Horst Luening taste different whiskies from different distilleries. And you are there live! In the run-up to each Live Tasting, we put together a Live Event Set for you, which you can purchase in advance. These Live Event Sets contain miniatures or large bottles of the whiskies to be tasted at a special price. This way you can experience different tastes and get to know new aromas together with Ben and Horst Luening. Be sure to join us at the next live event. We look forward to seeing you!

Loch Lomond is located in the Scottish town of Alexandria, directly on the lake of the same name. Hardly any other distillery in Scotland has earned the title 'unique' as much as Loch Lomond. The distillery not only has pot stills, but also Lomond stills, a Coffey still and column stills. We invite you to taste the soft and malty-sweet creations firstly in German with Ben Lüning and Sebastian Büssing (German Brand Ambassador) live on 8 March 2024 7:00 p.m. CET.
Immediately afterwards at 8:00 p.m. CET the tasting will take place in English with Global Brand Ambassador Alan Reid. Look forward to three delicious bottlings from the Highland distillery and another enjoyable Whisky.com live stream. As usual, we have put together a large and a small live event tasting set for you so that you can also taste the single malts.
