Sylvia Simm is an experienced employee of Whisky.de. After more than 20 years in online sales and service, she supports the company with her extensive whisky knowledge in marketing. As online editor and content manager, she is responsible for editing and updating the texts on the knowledge pages.
At the Interwhisky 2000 in Frankfurt, she was in charge of the first own information stand of the then "The Whisky Store" (today: "Whisky.de"). In 2003, she recorded the free whisky audio book and was thus able to contribute to communicating whisky knowledge via another medium. She shares her passion for whisky not only in speech and writing, but also in practice. Over a period of a good ten years, she held tasting sessions at adult education centers in Upper Bavaria. She not only imparted sensory knowledge about whisky, but also interesting background information. But she was not only active at public events. She also organized whisky tastings in small private groups and in companies. One particularly unusual venue for a whisky tasting was a stretch limousine at a stag party in Munich.
With her passion for whisky and her practical experience, she is a valuable resource for Whisky.de and our customers.
