Nosing: A hint of peat and Christmas spices. Pungent nose after a little time with a trincle water added. Difficult to stop smelling. 
:Anise:
Taste: berries and nuts with a hint of caramel. Peat comes gradually.
Finish: long and smooth with a peaty undertone.
Comment: Sprinkbank always deliver, makes me want more.
