Deanston Dragon's Milk Stout Cask
Deanston Dragon's Milk Stout Cask was created through a collaboration with the New Holland Brewing Company, which manufactures the Bourbon cask matured Stout named Dragon's Milk. The brewery is located on the west coast of Lake Michigan and stores its beer in ex-Bourbon casks which they give to the Highland distillery after usage. The name Dragon's Milk comes from a legend from medieval times. The reward of a knight who slew a dragon was the valuable 'Dragon's Milk'. Today this term is used for the most elegant drink of the house in England.
