Comment:
The taste was surprisingly sweet after smelling the intense peat smoke. The taste was a short sweet malt before giving way to the smoke behind. The finish was shorter than you normally find in a heavy peat whisky. This was a quite laid back for a peat whisky. Safe for someone who is not sure if they're into peat or not.
