Jura Superstition
This Jura is blended with half of non-smoky and half of smoky Jura Malt. But it still remains a Single Malt, because the entire whisky is produced by Jura.
Based on taste alone, it's assumed to be an Islay Malt.

Comment:
This Jura is mixing half and half not smoky and smoky Jura Malt. It remains a Single Malt Whisky because the whole Whiskies comes from the Jura Distillery.

Comment: not fan

Initially smoky, but not excessively so. There's a fruitiness of apple and pineapple. There's a weird sort of solvent smell like you get in dry cleaners or shoe repair shops which dissipates over time.
Taste:

Savoury smoky arrival. Some spiciness, with some sweeter honey flavours coming through at the end. Oily mouth feel with medium/high intensity.
Finish:

Charred oak and black pepper, a slight dark chocolate bitterness. Medium length.
Comment:
Picked this up in a half bottle on a whim. Its ok, certainly decent value, but doesn't really do much for me.
