Nosing: Maple, Caramel, 
Taste: Maple,
Finish: Medium is Bourbon and Maple; Long aftertaste of Maple.
Comment: So it is great for a nice change that is great and best neat. It does not go well with water, it brings our the oak and loses the maple, and coke tends to do the same thing. I would give this a 3.75, so it is rounded up to a 4.
