Nosing:
Very fruity, like most high-quality bourbons. Above that is a nice vanilla flavor that combines slowly with a sweet caramel
Taste:
The long storage time makes this small batch bourbon silks, yes stick already oily on the palate. Spices and roasted nuts hints appear between a honey sweetness, the vanilla remains omnipresent
Finish:
The finish is "mild and mellow," as it loves the Americans so that sweet, soft and medium. One can hardly believe how full and intense this long matured bourbon tastes
