Filey Bay Moscatel
Filey Bay is made at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery in the north of England. The northern English county is considered to be the center of English barley cultivation. So it's no wonder that The Spirit of Yorkshire only uses locally grown barley. After its maturation in bourbon barrels, this malt was decanted into 250 liters of hogsheads, in which Spanish Moscatel wine had been stored for ten years. The finish gives the whisky more depth and fruitiness.
