Our Bourbon-matured, house-style whisky is finished in casks that previously held award-winning IPA from our sister company Wold Top Brewery.
Light, fruity and biscuity with notes of green apple, pear drops, lemon cake and hops.
From field to bottle on the North Yorkshire coast near Filey Bay, England. We make exceptional whisky with respect for tradition but created our own way. We use home-grown barley and water sourced from our farm to create Filey Bay Single Malt Whisky. Proudly made of Yorkshire.
