The Auchroisk 20 y.o. limited edition from the year 2010 was matured in a balance of American an European oak casks.
Nose: First vanilla and honey. Then coconut with almond aroma. This is complimented with burnt sugar, sultanines and a hint of cinnamon.
Taste: Rich and deep character. It feels a bit creamy and warming. There are a lot of cerial and cereal cookies. They are complimented with Vanilla, Toffee, Honey sultanines and coconut.
Finish: Short and lightly dry with oaky wood and the hint of cinnamon from the nosing.
