Nosing: Rich intense peat smoke. Mineral salt. Dark gourmet coffee. Charred wood. Walnuts. Christmas cake.
Taste: Intense arrival of smoked fish, briney sea rocks and dark chocolate developing into a spicy BBQ sauce.
Finish: Super long and mouth watering. Hot sauce. Pepper. Licorice spice. Burnt toast.
