Nosing: Oak Honey Orange Spices Peat Smoke Maritime Notes Salt

Taste: Orange Pepper Oak Bonfire Smoke Caramel

Finish: Long dry and spicy.

Comment: The sweetness that hits first is like a barley sugar slowly dissolving over your tongue. Some citrus fruits come next and toward the back pepper and peat take you into a torrent of tannin and spice provided by contact with fresh oak. A small caramel note lingers at the end. A great mid week dram!
