Nosing: Bruleé-toffee, vanilla, barrel char, peanut, coconut oil, lemon, eucalypt gum leaves, dill pickle juice.
Taste: Peanut, bruleé-toffee, vanilla, mint, coconut, orange and lemon oil.
Finish: Medium
Comment: At 50.5% ABV for $65 at this time of writing, let's just note this is a very generous distillery offering for the price. A good value bourbon that will hold up nicely to ice in cocktails, a good but not amazing flavour profile, some ethanol burn, not overly complex, but a versatile generous offering and a classic amongst bourbons - 80/100.
Taste: Peanut, bruleé-toffee, vanilla, mint, coconut, orange and lemon oil.
Finish: Medium

A tremendously underrated bourbon. Many people probably denote the name, Wild Turkey, as a lower-shelf, mass-market brand, but don't be fooled. This is as good as many that cost 2 and 3 times more.
