Nosing:

Taste:
Finish: Medium-long
Comment: An extra four years maturation is noticeable on the mid-palate to finish which is what separates this than the standard Bulleit. More of a dry and tannic oakiness and a little barrel char coming through in comparison. Cherry, grape fruit esters and baking spices appear to a drying tannic pucker at the tip of the tongue almost like a Sichuan peppercorn numbing. A more "savoury" bourbon experience, very pleasant stuff - 90/100.
