Laphroaig Cairdeas Feis Ile 2015 200th anniversary edition
Released during Fèis Ìle 2015 and marking the distillery's 200th anniversary. “Cairdeas” comes from the Gaelic language and literally means “friendship”. Cairdeas 2015 is John Campbell’s interpretation of how Laphroaig would have been produced at the distillery 200 years ago
Distilled August 2003 (approx. 20,000 liters filled into approximately 100 first-fill 200 liter Maker’s Mark Bourbon casks). Bottled May 2015. So, 11 3/4 years old. Alcohol percent 51.5% – last 2 digits refer to the year of bottling, 2015. Source: John Campbell statements/interviews.
