Nosing:
Smoke, honey, marzipan
Taste:
Smoke, pepper

Comment:
This Jura is mixing half and half not smoky and smoky Jura Malt. It remains a Single Malt Whisky because the whole Whiskies comes from the Jura Distillery.
Nosing:
Sweet notes of honey and marzipan with a hint of peat smoke.
Taste:
Spicy with cinnamon and ginger, and honey notes associated with distinct peat smoke flavor, sea air and coffee.
Finish:
Pleasantly sweet with a spicy note.
