An interesting exercise in oak management. Pepper, close and hints of American White oak on the nose. With water, Bourbon notes, drip coffee and chili flakes emerge.
Intensely oak-structured palate - comparable to Glenmorangie "Artisan Cask".
Bourbon-like finish focusing on vanilla and caramel.
