Although the Westland distillery is based in the USA, its Whiskey is distilled according to the Scottish model. The standard range includes three different Single Malt Whiskeys made from malted barley. The Westland American Single Malt is made from five different grains: Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, extra special malt, light chocolate malt and brown malt.
