The German St. Kilian distillery was built after the Scottish role model and is operating since 2016. Spirit is distilled in copper pot stills with a volume of 6,000 litres from the Scottish company Forsyths from Rothes. The local malt is milled in inhouse mills and then mashed. For this exclusive bottling non-peated malt was used. The Malt matured in a single cask, which held Sweet Wine before.
