St. Kilian Signature Edition 'Seven' Sherry matured for over three years in two kinds of Sherry casks: PX and Oloroso. The St. Killian distillery was built after the Scottish models and is operating since 2016. The Whiskies are distilled in copper pot stills with a volume of 6.000 litres from the Scottish Forsyths company in Rothes.
