St. Kilian Signature Edition 'Six'
St. Kilian Signature Edition 'Six' is a non-peated Single Malt from the German distillery in Lower Franconia. For them, the locality is important, which is why only Franconian barley malt is used and the Wine casks come from a local winery. Additionally, Bourbon casks from the Old Forester Distillery and Rye casks from Early Times in Kentucky were used.
The St. Kilian distillery was built after the Scottish role model and is operating since 2016. The distillation happens in copper pot stills with a volume of 6.000 litres, which were produced in Rothes, Scotland.
