Nosing:
Light and fruity, red apple. Floral and very sugary
Taste:
Sweet arrival, begins fruity. Flavour intensifies over time. Espresso and raisin notes.
Finish:
Long lasting with residual coffee, (non bitter) oakiness and vanilla
Comment:
This one is a bit thin on the ground now as it was a limited run, but if you can find it its well worth checking out. There's something interesting in all aspects of this malt, and the finish is a real powerhouse. Top marks
