Ledaig Sinclair Series

This Ledaig is named after John Sinclair, the founder of the distillery on Mull Island, which was called Ledaig (safe harbour) back in 1798. The first bottling of the new Sinclair series finished in casks, that contained sweet-fruity Rioja Red Wine before.

Nosing: Peat Smoke Ham , meat dried over fire, Fruit, wild Berries , young wine, musty

Taste: Bonfire Smoke , Oak , ash, Salt

Finish: Sweet , awesome Oak with right amount of spiciness, Honey , berries, forest fruit tea
