High West Rendezvous Rye
The American High West distillery is located in the 'High West' of the USA, the Wasatch-Uinta Mountains, in Utah. The Rendezvous Rye reminds of a tradition from the 19th century, in which the settlers in the western USA come together every summer and traded pelts and resources. At the first meet in Cache Valley Whiskey was not traded yet but soon was included on the list of needed goods. The high Rye contents give the Rendezvous a spicy character.
