Nosing: Maple bacon nose (w/o water), sweetness. sherry, dried fruit
Taste: very strong and sweet but probably needs water to tame the 56%.
Finish: Cherry finish
Comment: Very nice and easy to drink. Full of sweetness but yet complex enough to ponder.
