This is the first Ballindalloch that was bottled at Meadowside Blending. The cask was chosen by Donald Hart and was bottled in cask strength. The name of the distillery was not allowed to be named.
Nose: A hint of peach and some cherries with vanilla
Aroma: Very soft with notes of caramel, caramelized Apple, wallnuts and roasted almonds.
Finish: Honey with chocolate and some hints of sherry.
