Heavily fruit lead. Apples, pears and pineapple with other mixed tropical fruit.
Taste:

Sweet, intense arrival. Apricot jam, creamy and malty. More of those tropical notes.
Finish:

Medium length, residual fruit. Drying over time. Good quality oak comes forward.
Comment:
This is a gem in the Arran range. Their spirit takes to different cask finishes very well, but this is a stand out example as far as I'm concerned, definitely worth looking out for.

Taste:

Finish:

Comment: Medium legs. Sweet, minty fresh, hints of white grapes, oakey on the nose; on the mouth it’s spicy, sweet, minty fresh, mouthwatering, spicy apples. Nice, long finish, spicy, like spiced apples in the back. A delightful whisky to be sure! This, and the Amorone Cask finish, are definite buys!!
