Arbikie Highland Rye 1794

In 1794 the first distillation took place on the site that is Arbikie Distillery today. The new Whisky is reviving the 'farm-to-bottle' tradition. The rye for the Highland Rye is cultivated and processed on the own ground. Besides rye, the 'Rye' recipe also contains a little bit of malted barley and wheat. Because of Scottish Whisky laws, the Highland Rye is called a Single Grain Whisky.
