Angel's Envy Rye
Angel's Envy is one of the few Kentucky Straight Bourbon with a finish in Caribean Rum casks. For the selection, 100 Rums are sampled to find the one which taste is most harmonious in combination with the Whiskey. During the six years of maturation, about five per cent of the Whiskey in the casks evaporates, a small amount which is called 'Angel's Share'.
