The C&S Dram collection are very interesting whiskies indeed. Like the name suggests the Dram Collection is meant to be enjoyed and not stored. All are single cask bottlings without chill filtration and colouring.
Nose: very sweet with fruityness like Apricots and mango
Taste: also very sweet, with citric notes, complemented with marzipan notes an a bit of white pepper.
Finish: very long and sweet with citric notes
