Nosing: Gewürze Pfeffer Roggen Nelke
Quite a tight nose, just a little spiciness showing through. Other than that, just grain alcohol notes. Black pepper

Taste: Gewürze
Arrival is slow, balanced sweetness. develops more spiciness over time. Very standard rye whisky flavours.

Finish: Gewürze Muskat Nelke
The finish is arguably more intense than the palate, with a hit of spiciness down the center of the tongue. Clove and nutmeg

Comment:
This is an odd one, the nose is very tight for a rye whiskey, and the palate quite subdued. This is especially odd given the decent bottling strength. the finish is easily the best bit about it. Not bad, but not sure if I'd come back for more on this one.
