Single Malt Whisky:
Aroma: The sherry casks give this old malt a fruity aroma of plums and berries. In addition, caramel aromas combine with delicate smoke. The long maturation time of the sherry and ex-bourbon barrels used leads to very complex aromas.
Taste: Cuddly and full, this malt lies on the tongue. Then light smoke appears, which develops in the direction of strong, aromatic oils.
Finish: The finish is strong, long and peppery-spicy! Just as we know it from the Talisker distillery. In addition, leather, oak and sea aromas appear.
