Tomatin Cù Bòcan Stout & Moscatel
Tomatin Cù Bòcan is an experimental Whisky from the Highland distillery, which is made out of slightly peated barley malt and is distilled in limited batches every winter. Cù Bòcan is Gaelic for 'ghost dog'. According to a legend the residents of the region Tomatin were haunted by a ghost dog, which dissolved into blue smoke that flew away over the Highland swamps. Each bottling of Cù Bòcan was matured in different casks combination to bring out the exceptional flavours of the Single Malt. This creation matured in Stout casks from the Black Isle distillery, as well as in Moscatel De Setúbal casks from the Portuguese winery Bacalhôa. This Single Malt combines the bitter notes from the Beer cask with the sugary and fruity aromas of the Wine cask. Limited Bottling.
