All tasting notes
Heavily fruit lead. Apples, pears and pineapple with other mixed tropical fruit.
Taste:
Sweet, intense arrival. Apricot jam, creamy and malty. More of those tropical notes.
Finish:
Medium length, residual fruit. Drying over time. Good quality oak comes forward.
Comment:
This is a gem in the Arran range. Their spirit takes to different cask finishes very well, but this is a stand out example as far as I'm concerned, definitely worth looking out for.
