Good whisky for in the summer, great taste and what I got out of it was mostly apple and pear enhanced with sherry influences and a caramel sweet.
Very fresh, not too bad when it comes to the taste of alcohol for a 12 year old whisky.
Got some of the oomph of younger whiskies but is still decently sophisticated on arrival. Don't expect too much from the finish though.
4/5 for me, not because it is the best but because I enjoyed it a lot.
Unfortunately I can't tell much about the nose, haven't written it down and my bottle of Glenfiddich 12 y.o. is empty.
