Comment:
I've had this bottle open for over a year, it seems to have changed a bit over time, used to smell more oaky, now it's more of a savory sweet banana vanilla thing. The taste is very very oaky, they ain't lyin'. Quite bitter. Overall good, and serves as an interesting and different alternative to the 15 YO. I'd enjoy more complexity however, the oak really masks any other stuff that could've been there.
