This Single Cask PX was distilled from unpeated barley malt from a German malthouse. The New Make was first stored in Virgin White Oak barrels and then matured for several years in a former Pedro Ximénez butt before being released at cask strength with a powerful 55.7% vol. was filled into the bottles.
