This Starward in a special combination of casks. First the Australian Starward Solera matured in Red WIne casks before it was filled into an Ex-Apera Sherry cask, in which Ginger Beer matured before. After a 30-months-long finish, a WHisky with fruity Sherry character and spicy ginger aromas was created. Limited to 1,400 bottles.
