Slyrs Bavarian Rye
Slyrs Bavarian Rye is the first Rye Whisky from the distillery at the Schliersee. Besides rye, the mash also contains wheat, barley and spring water from the mountains around the Schliersee. American Rye Whiskey is normally matured in freshly toasted casks made out of American white oak, which also applies to the Slyrs Bavarian Rye with strongly toasted white oak casks.
