Nosing: Spicy, potstill nose. Very pleasant.

Taste: Oily, peppery, fruity, typical Irish but amplified due to being single pot still.

Finish: Plenty of that Irish pepper in the finish though in a good way.

Comment:
Consumed neat from a rocks glass at a restaurant.
