The Proclamation Whiskey commemorates the Easter Proclamation of April 24, 1916, which established Ireland's independence from Great Britain, which the Irish still adhere to today. The blend of the finest Irish grain whiskeys matured in new American oak barrels. It gets its finish from aging in bourbon casks and is refined with a touch of malt whiskey from sherry casks.
