Huckleberry Gin
The Huckleberry Gin contains 22 botanicals, but it is named after its distinctive and aroma-giving ingredient, the blueberry. Of course, the usual suspects of Gin ingredients like juniper, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon and lavender are included as the base as well. The fruity-fresh notes come from the citrus peels, elder and hop blossoms as well as raspberry and mint. The blueberries are only added in the last distillation step and are giving the Gin its typical taste.
