Glendullan 9 Years - 2011 James Eadie
This Glendullan was released by the independent bottler James Eadie. James Eadie (1827-1904) was a Scottish Beer brewer, which founded a significant brewery in 1854. The family recipe for the own Blended Scotch Whisky was given to him by his father, which described it as 'an old Scottish mixture, which was only given to a few selected'. Today, James Eadie is lead by his great-great-grandson Rupert Patrick. The main focus of their bottlings is the cask finishes, single casks and small batches, which are not chill-filtered, without colouring and are being released in limited numbers.
