The Swabian distillery Finch is led by the owner and master distiller Hans Gerhard Fink. The grain from the own cultivation is used for the Finch Whisky. Barley and wheat were used for this bottling. After distillation, the Whisky matured in Red Wine casks made out of Limousin oak for ten years. Limited bottling.
