Bunnahabhain 6 Years - 2014 Staoisha Very Cloudy
Bunnahabhain Staoisha is called after the lake near the distillery, which water is used for the cooling of the pot stills. Non-chill-filtered Whiskies are most commonly bottled with 46%. With a higher alcohol strength, the oils and fats in the Whisky remain loosened. Under 46%, the Malts strongly dulls. Signatory Vintage is intentionally playing with this effect for the 'Very Cloudy'. This is a strongly smoky bottling. Limited bottling.
