Nosing: Peat SmokeVanillaHerbsOilSweetSeaweed

Taste: Bonfire SmokeVanillaSaltOil

Finish: Peat SmokeOilSpicesVanilla

Comment: Not as intense a peatiness as expected, well rounded, almost a roast lamb smell to the nose, young slightly warming spirit on the palate, with bonfire smokiness, citrus and definite oiliness. Warming slightly oily finish with a lovely smokiness. Well rounded, a nice dram.
