Nosing:
Soft and sweet and well-rounded
Taste:
Full bodied. Definitely taste the influence of sherry.
Finish:
Some quick dark chocolate, cacao notes that fade quickly but the finish lasts long.
Comment:
A favorite.

Mouthwatering, intense, sherry, sweetness, strawberry jam
Finish:
Long with a lot of different flavours

Soft and rounded, with fruity notes of red apple
Taste:
A fine sherried character, balanced with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spiciness
Finish:
Warming and lingering – sweet and slightly spicy
Nosing:
Full and fruity, reminiscent of strawberry jam
Taste:
Strong sherry notes and ripe fruit followed by chocolate, caramel and cinnamon
