Finish:
Comment: A bit of a bite. I expected the triple distilling to be a bit smoother. It’s a lighter dram. Nothing particularly stands out. While the American Oak was smooth with flavors of vanilla and spices, this is drier.
I think of a farmers place in the smell of this one. Hay and animals. Pleasant but not something I would think of drinking at first. However, because of the taste and finish, I now relate this smell to something sweet and drinkable.

The sweetness takes over and lingers for a long time, which I really like about it.
Comment:
After giving this a few tries, I got accustomed to the "farm" smell and have found the really sweet side of it. It's really easy to drink, and I have to watch myself because I constantly want more.
It's a really great whiskey for people that have a sweet tooth. I've tasted nothing like it thus far.
