Nosing: Seetang Früchte Honig Malz

Taste: Salz Früchte Ingwer

Finish: Salz Gewürze

Comment: Excellent whisky from Scapa. The whisky embodies some excellent balance between saltiness, spice and sweetness (honey). The whisky nose and taste is definitely more subtle than imposing but this made it an excellent whisky to explore. Nice to see the whisky was not chill filtered although caramel colouring is used.
